The easy parts, sorted

The little things that make a dental visit easier to say yes to.

  • Before work or school

We open at 7:30, Monday to Thursday, so a checkup can come before the school run.

  • Seen at your time

“I’ve always been seen at my appointment time,” says Jason A. And we’ll never rush you.

  • A crown in one visit

Designed and milled right here from one block of porcelain, fitted the same day.

  • Help for nerves

Laughing gas, oral or IV sedation, with a chat first about what would help you most.

Nervous? We get it.

Lots of people feel that way, and it helps to tell us. We’ll explain each step before we start, and go at your pace. As we’ve always said: we will never rush you through an appointment.

  • Blankets and pillows
  • Noise-canceling headphones
  • A TV to watch
  • A Zoom chat before sedation
  • Laughing gas, oral or IV sedation
  • Anesthesiologists who come to us

As someone who has some amount of dental anxiety, Dr. Paino has been very good at keeping me relaxed and feeling at ease.”

Little teeth are welcome

Bring them in when the first baby teeth show up, and no later than age two. Toddlers can start with a Happy Visit during your own cleaning: a ride in the chair, a look around, nothing scary.

  • Short appointments
  • Laughing gas if they need it

Chipped, worn and discolored teeth. We designed the new smile digitally, she tried on a 3D mock-up and approved it, then the work was done while she slept, with an anesthesiologist.

“What started as a quick fix to a filling turned into a brighter, straighter, and healthier smile.”

The faces you’ll see

Three dentists and the friendly faces you’ll see at the desk and beside the chair. Trish, who runs the front office, was born and raised right here in Vienna.

As a child, I had an old school dentist who was pretty rough around the edges… I always thought I could change their perception of what a dentist is and what a dental appointment should be like.”

Insurance, filed for you

We accept all major dental plans and send the claim electronically. We’re not tied to any one network, so you pay at your visit and your insurer usually pays you back within a week or two.

  • Why out of network? It lets us choose the materials and labs we trust, and take our time with you.
  • CareCredit: 6 months at 0%, or 12- and 18-month plans.
  • Also: cash, checks and all major cards.
