Dr. Paino grew up with a rough, old-school dentist and set out to be the opposite. Comfort here comes in grades:

  • Laughing gas, oral sedation or IV sedation
  • General anesthesia from board-certified anesthesiologists, who come to us
  • Blankets, pillows, TVs and noise-canceling headphones
  • A Zoom call first, to talk it through from home
“…As someone who has some amount of dental anxiety, Dr. Paino has been very good at keeping me relaxed and feeling at ease.”Jason A.

Small guests, first class

Bring them when the first baby teeth come in, and no later than two. Visits are short, laughing gas is there if it helps, and a “Happy Visit” lets a little one ride along at a parent’s cleaning and see what happens before it’s their turn.

We’re close to several Vienna schools, and the earliest appointments start at 7:30.

Overheard on Maple Avenue

…He even created a mold so we could see exactly what the final result would look like. It was clear from the beginning that he approaches his work as both a science and an art.

…What started as a quick fix to a filling turned into a brighter, straighter, and healthier smile. I never planned on getting Invisalign, but I am more than happy with the results.
