From little ones to grandparents

Everyone in the house can see the same dentist, on the same street, often on the same morning.

The littlest ones

Bring them along to your own cleaning for a Happy Visit, so the chair and the faces are friends before it’s their turn. Their first checkup comes when baby teeth appear, and by two at the latest. Visits stay short, and laughing gas is there if it helps.

Checkups and cleanings from 7:30, Monday to Thursday. A broken tooth can go home with a new crown the same day, designed and made right here.

Gums and implants

Dr. Traboulsi, a board-certified periodontist, is here on Mondays and Wednesdays for implants and gum care.

It began with a rough dentist

“As a child, I had an old school dentist who was pretty rough around the edges, and my family shared countless horror stories. I always thought I could change their perception of what a dentist is and what a dental appointment should be like.”

So the days here are planned with room in them. We will never rush you through an appointment. If something needs doing, you’ll hear what it is, what your choices are, and what Dr. Paino would do himself.

Dr. Paino studied at the University of Delaware and the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, then trained at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami. He belongs to the AACD and the Spear Study Club, and has looked after Vienna families here since 2005.

You can sleep through it

If the chair makes your heart race, tell us. There’s laughing gas, a calming pill, or IV sedation. For bigger work, board-certified anesthesiologists come here to the office, and you can sleep through the whole thing.

Until then there are blankets and pillows, a TV to watch, and noise-canceling headphones. We can start with a Zoom chat, so you can ask everything from your own sofa first.

“As someone who has some amount of dental anxiety, Dr. Paino has been very good at keeping me relaxed and feeling at ease.”

A few happy endings

A smile she saw first

Her teeth were chipped, worn and discolored. We designed the new smile on screen, made a 3D mock-up she tried in and approved, and then did the work while she slept, with the anesthesiologist beside her.

If you’d rather sleep through yours, ask us. We can start with a Zoom chat.

“He spent an incredible amount of time walking us through the process… He even created a mold so we could see exactly what the final result would look like.”

“What started as a quick fix to a filling turned into a brighter, straighter, and healthier smile.”
