Small mouths welcome.

Bring them in when the first baby teeth show up, and no later than two.

  • A "Happy Visit" first: they come along to a parent's cleaning and sit in the big chair.
  • Short appointments, sized to short attention spans.
  • Laughing gas for the ones who need a little help.
  • We open at 7:30 Monday to Thursday, so a checkup can come before the school bell.

Nervous is normal.

“As a child, I had an old school dentist who was pretty rough around the edges, and my family shared countless horror stories. I always thought I could change their perception of what a dentist is and what a dental appointment should be like.”

Dr. David Paino

His rule for the office: we will never rush you through appointments.

If it's more than nerves

  • A Zoom call first, to talk it through before you set foot in the office.
  • TVs, blankets, pillows and noise-canceling headphones.
  • Laughing gas, oral or IV sedation, or general anesthesia with a board-certified anesthesiologist.

“…He even created a mold so we could see exactly what the final result would look like. It was clear from the beginning that he approaches his work as both a science and an art.”

Kadie B., on a front tooth for her daughter

“…As someone who has some amount of dental anxiety, Dr. Paino has been very good at keeping me relaxed and feeling at ease.”

“…What started as a quick fix to a filling turned into a brighter, straighter, and healthier smile. I never planned on getting Invisalign, but I am more than happy with the results…”

Paying, in three steps.

We take every major dental insurance plan, but we're in network with none of them. Here's how that works.

  1. You pay at the visit.Cash, check, any major card, or CareCredit: 6 months at 0%, or 12- and 18-month plans.
  2. We file the claim.Electronically, for you. Lynne handles the insurance side.
  3. Your insurer pays you back.Usually within a week or two.

Why do it this way? Staying out of insurance contracts lets us choose the materials and the labs, and take our time.
