Nervous is normal

Tell us, and we’ll plan the visit around it. There’s laughing gas, a pill to help you relax, IV sedation, or sleeping through the work with general anesthesia from board-certified anesthesiologists who come to our office.

TVs, blankets, pillows and noise-canceling headphones are here for anyone who wants them. Not sure yet? Start with a Zoom call to talk it through.

“As a child, I had an old school dentist who was pretty rough around the edges, and my family shared countless horror stories. I always thought I could change their perception of what a dentist is and what a dental appointment should be like.”

Dr. David Paino

“As someone who has some amount of dental anxiety, Dr. Paino has been very good at keeping me relaxed and feeling at ease.”

In our patients’ words

“He spent an incredible amount of time walking us through the process, explaining each option, and sharing his professional recommendations. He even created a mold so we could see exactly what the final result would look like.”

Kadie B., for her daughter’s missing front tooth

“What started as a quick fix to a filling turned into a brighter, straighter, and healthier smile. I never planned on getting Invisalign, but I am more than happy with the results.”

We aren’t in-network with any plan. You pay at the visit, and your insurer usually repays you within a week or two. Staying out of those contracts lets us choose our own materials and labs, and take our time.

  • CareCredit: 6 months at 0%, or 12- and 18-month plans
  • Also: cash, checks and all major cards
