Checkups for every age, cosmetic work and same-day crowns. We open at 7:30 AM, so visits fit before school and work.

Three dentists, a team of hygienists and a front desk that knows the town, at 307 Maple Ave W. Families come for checkups and first visits; adults come for whitening, Invisalign and veneers. And the current promise still stands: we will never rush you through an appointment.

Nervous patients are never rushed

Laughing gas, oral or IV sedation are all available here, and for bigger work a board-certified anesthesiologist comes to the office so you can sleep through it.

Care for every age, under one roof

From a toddler’s first checkup to implants, most of what a family needs happens here. Our periodontist does gum and implant surgery in the office on Mondays and Wednesdays.

An oral cancer screening (VELscope) is part of every exam.

We’re at 307 Maple Ave W, close to several of Vienna’s schools. Monday to Thursday the first appointments start at 7:30 AM, so a cleaning can happen before the school run or the commute.

This patient was born without one of her side front teeth, with a small peg-shaped tooth on the other side, and was too young for an implant. We whitened her teeth, bonded the small tooth to full size and replaced the missing one with an all-porcelain Maryland bridge.

The people you’ll see

Dr. David Paino, DDS

Dr. Paino trained at the University of Maryland and Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, and is a member of the AACD and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. Dr. Brandon Grubic grew up in Northern Virginia and went to Herndon High School and Virginia Tech. Dr. Georges Traboulsi, a Fairfax native, is a board-certified periodontist.

How insurance works here

We aren’t in-network with any plan. You pay at the visit, we file the claim electronically, and your insurer usually reimburses you within a week or two.

Why we work this way

Staying out of insurance contracts lets us choose the materials and labs, and take the time each appointment needs.

Spreading the cost

CareCredit: 6 months at 0%, or 12- and 18-month plans. We also take cash, checks and all major cards.
