Meet everyone on the team

Care for every age, under one roof

Most families see us for all of it, from a toddler’s first look to a grandparent’s crown.

Children’s dentistry

Bring them in when the first baby teeth appear, and no later than two. Little ones can come along for a “Happy Visit” during your own cleaning. Appointments are kept short, and laughing gas is there if they need it.

Invisalign and cosmetic work

Whitening, bonding, porcelain veneers and Invisalign. Composite veneers by the Marshall Hanson method: no drilling, no shots, one visit, and you see the shade and shape before we begin.

Crowns in one visit

With CEREC we take a digital impression, design your crown on screen and mill it here from a single block of porcelain. You leave with it fitted the same day.

Smiles we’ve worked on

Real patients, as the practice published them. This one had chipped, worn and discolored teeth. Her new smile was designed on screen, she tried on a 3D mock-up and approved it, and the work was done while she slept, with an anesthesiologist in the room.

“He spent an incredible amount of time walking us through the process, explaining each option… He even created a mold so we could see exactly what the final result would look like.”

Nervous about the dentist? Tell us.

“As a child, I had an old school dentist who was pretty rough around the edges, and my family shared countless horror stories. I always thought I could change their perception of what a dentist is and what a dental appointment should be like.”

Dr. David Paino

Start with a Zoom call to talk it through. Then choose what helps: laughing gas, oral or IV sedation, or general anesthesia given by board-certified anesthesiologists who come to the office. There are TVs, blankets, pillows and noise-canceling headphones.

How sedation works here

“As someone who has some amount of dental anxiety, Dr. Paino has been very good at keeping me relaxed and feeling at ease.”

How paying works

We take every major dental insurance plan and file the claim for you electronically. We aren’t in-network with any plan: you pay at the visit, and your insurer usually pays you back within a week or two.

Staying out of insurance contracts means we choose the materials and the labs, and we take our time with you.

CareCredit is available, with 6 months at 0% or 12- and 18-month plans. Cash, checks and all major cards are fine too.
