Round 1: notes

Owner (Travis): none of the five is good enough. Not enough images; none feels like a real custom design; too much is made of how long people have worked there (the years, "since 1989"). Try a different direction: stock photography is fine, no baseline needed, research different prompting strategies, and review the finished design then do another round of fixes.

Claude: all five converged on one "premium dentist" look (Garamond-style serif, cream / navy / gold, the doctor beside the headline, stat strip, ruled services, before/after, nervous-patients band, team grid). The strategies changed polish (D, the style playbook, was best; A, the baseline, and C weakest), not direction. The fixture banned stock photos, which left a gray-backdrop portrait set as the only imagery: that's most of "not enough images".
